Getting caffeinated w/ a Thai iced tea
A little something from my Instagram @SunnyAllYear :)
"You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself in any direction you choose. You’re on your own, and you know what you know. And you are the guy who’ll decide where to go. - Dr Seuss
“Imagination is more important than knowledge” - Einstein
All things come from the imagination. The concept for the chair you’re sitting on was at one point just an idea in someones head, in-fact - everything around you was manifested within the imagination before it ever came into your reality. Today, I remind you to never underestimate the power of your imagination :)
Focusing on the act of breathing clears the mind of all daily distractions and clears our energy enabling us to better connect with the Spirit within.
Yours truly modling a very ethnic Indian “sherwani” aka “achkan” at the UK Asian wedding fashion show. It’s common for Indian grooms to wear similar outfits at their wedding parties, and rightly so - it’s hard not to feel like a million bucks wearing something so regal!
I invite you to:
- Sit back for a moment
- Plug in your headphones
- View at fullscreen in HD
- Sip on a coffee or tea (optional, but recommended)
These are the beautiful sights and sounds of India, enjoy.
Ps. Be sure to wait for the buildup - it’s worth it :)
Mementos from India - Ganesh
He has more than 108 names and is praised for his wisdom and ability to remove obstacles. His elephant characteristics have subtle meanings; his big ears remind us to listen and understand what we hear. His large elephant head is a reminder to acquire as much knowledge or wisdom as we are capable of, and the big belly invites us to absorb all of lifes experiences.
I picked up this statue for a dear friend, I hope he enjoys it.
Best day ever, in Punjab.
Big ups to Harjot Singh for perfectly capturing the beautiful ambiance of Punjab in this video. Watch it as it plays to the soundtrack of Mac Millers ‘Best Day Ever’.
The Maharaja Mac.
They don’t do beef in India, but fear not - this Chicken Maharaja Mac will tantalize your tastebuds in ways the holy cow just can’t…
Mementos from India - The Punjabi Jutti.
So I thought I’d up my swagger with these bad-ass Punjabi shoes.
The people of Punjab have a vibrant sense of fashion and these shoes are a perfect example of that. I plan on rocking these twirly-toed beauties with a nice pair of jeans and a proper fitted blazer for a fusion East-West look. What do you think, can I pull it off?
Fact: Punjabi shoes don’t have a right or left designation – making life just that much easier!
